OPO is an NGO-created and run entirely by people with disabilities.  

OPO is a radio station- the country's first radio production centre staffed by disabled journalists. Our radio shows are now reaching most parts of China and in 2008 two of our staff became the first fully accredited, disabled Chinese journalists in the history of the Olympics. We have set up China's first online radio station for disabled people.
